Transparent Administration

This section is laid out in accordance with current transparency legislation applicable to private companies with public participation.

Specifically, the data and information are published pursuant to:

– Legislative Decree No. 175 of August 19 2016 (Consolidated Law on Public Participation Companies);

– Article 2-bis, paragraph 2, letter b), of Legislative Decree No. 33 of March 14, 2013, as relevant;

– Legislative Decree No. 97 of May 25, 2016;

– ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority) Resolution No. 1,134 of November 8 2017;

– Law No. 190 of November 6, 2012, limited to the obligations applicable to investee companies.

The “Transparent Administration” section is thus organized according to criteria of proportionality, compatibility and relevance to the legal nature of the Company.
