Tourist Emergency Medical Service

Intended for non-residents, tourists or visitors, the Tourist Emergency Medical Service at the Harbour of Castelsardo offers a basic seasonal healthcare service, designed for those staying on a temporary basis.

• Opening hours and days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 during the summer/tourist season.
• Services offered: outpatient visits, medication prescriptions, medical certificates where necessary, prescriptions and in some cases home visits, to ensure basic care for non-resident tourists. 

How to use it:

• If you are a resident in Castelsardo and require ongoing care outside of medical hours, please contact the Emergency Medical Service.
• If you are a tourist, or are staying temporarily and require a doctor for non-urgent visits, the Tourist Medical Service at the Harbour is the best service.
• In case of serious emergencies (trauma, acute conditions, need for emergency care), please contact the hospital or call the emergency service (118).
